Everything you need to know for your vacation
Here is all the information about your stay in Apart Pirchheim to make your vacation with us as relaxing as possible.
Check-in & check-out
You can check in from 3 pm on your arrival day. If you plan on arriving after 6 pm, we ask that you notify us. On the departure day, you must vacate your apartment by 10 am.
Deposit
All prices are in euro incl. VAT. A deposit is payable at the time of booking your vacation.
Discount for children
Children up to 15 years of age receive a discount of โฌ4.00 per day/child on the applicable prices.
Short-stay surcharge
We thank you for your understanding that we charge the following surcharges for short stays:
1 night: โฌ7.50 per person/day
2โ3 nights: โฌ6.50 per person/day
4 nights: โฌ5.50 per person/day
Final cleaning
Final cleaning is charged as follows per apartment:
Apartment 1: โฌ78.00
Apartment 2: โฌ176.00
Apartment 3: โฌ137.00
Payment on site
You have the option of paying your bill either from home by bank transfer or on site in cash or by credit card.
Local/tourist tax
The local tax in Kappl is โฌ5.00 per person per day for guests aged 15 and over.
Parking
Plenty of parking is available right in front of the apartments. Please provide the prospective number of cars upon making your booking.
Bread service
You can use our bread and pastry service to ensure you get the perfect start to your day. To do this, choose from the available selections in our local bakery and the desired products will be delivered fresh to you the next morning as early as 6:30 am. Bread rolls can be ordered the day before until 6:00 pm, either via WhatsApp or the chat link you received in the booking confirmation email.
Cancellation
Cancellations are only valid if made in writing and are charged as follows:
- up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
- 3 months to 1 month before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 70% of the total price
- In the last week before arrival: 90% of the total price
- For cancellations 1 day before arrival or no-shows, we charge 100% of the total price.
Travel insurance
Itโs good to have cancellation insurance just in case something goes wrong and you have to cancel your booked vacation last minute. As a precaution for cancellations as well as early departures and mountain rescue (incl. helicopter rescue), we recommend taking out the Hotelstorno Plus insurance package or the comprehensive Hotelstorno Premium insurance package (incl. accident benefits).
The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH) apply. The place of jurisdiction is 6500 Landeck, Austria. Subject to price changes, printing errors, and mistakes, as well as changes to special offers.
